Terms and Conditions PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site, or place a phone order. Anyone using this site must be 18 years of age or older and checking out implies that an adult is placing the order. Tracking Your tracking number will be automatically emailed once your order is processed and shipped. Tracking numbers will not be available by phone they may only be requested via email. To request your tracking please email tracking@scooterdomain.com and include your name or order number. Shipping Method and ETA Free shipping applies to orders of $99 or more and refers to standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Oversize packages (heavyweight) may be subject to additional shipping charges, if this occurs you will be contacted as soon as possible. All orders are shipped out via standard ground shipping unless an alternative method is selected. Fedex shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. We strive to ship our orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment; Monday through Friday excluding observed holidays and weekends. If under some unusual circumstance your order takes longer than 48 hours to leave the warehouse we apologize. Fedex Ground shipping is estimated to take between 5-7 business days depending on the receiving location. When selecting Fedex Overnight, 2nd Day, Express Saver (3 day), Fedex does not include the date the order is picked up in the transit time. Air/Express shipments will usually take up to 1-3 business days to process as well. The USPS Priority Mail can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. The transit times of 2-3 days as stated by the post office depends on your local post office and is not guaranteed. USPS First Class Mail can take 7-10 business days depending on your local post office. Orders shipped with USPS when tracked will only state the day it left our warehouse and the delivery date. Since USPS cannot be tracked up to the minute sometimes orders may take time to locate. USPS also reuses there tracking numbers at times so if the order is tracking incorrectly try re-tracking it at a later time. Any additional shipping fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer for international or domestic orders. Expedited shipping methods may be changed on certain orders, as long as the shipping transit time remains the same. We also reserve the right to change shipping carries on orders. Scooterdomain.com will not be responsible for paying reshipping fees for errors that are no fault of our own. The customer is responsible for assuring that the shipping address on the order is correct. Any orders returned due to an address error such as an undeliverable address will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any reshipping fees. For orders shipped via FEDEX, please refer to the FEDEX transit time chart below to determine the Estimated transit time for your FEDEX package delivery. Processing times are not included in transit times and must be considered when estimating delivery dates.  Shipping Delays / Out of Stock Items Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters or errors made by a shipping company. A freight carrier may delay a shipment for reasons uncontrollable by us, therefore, in the event of such a delay we cannot be held responsible. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please insure that your shipping information is correct. In the event an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer the customer will be accountable for shipping costs. If an item is out of stock the order will be held "processing" and will be shipped immediately upon arrival. Returns In order to return an item you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 Days of receipt of the item. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items that are missing parts or damaged will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Packages returned without a RMA number will be refused. When returning parts the RMA number must be written on the outside of the box and on the invoice. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date the item was received by the customer. Fueled or used items may not be returned. We strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. *NO RETURNS ON EXHAUST, CARBURETORS, HEAD KITS, ENGINES, AND BODY KITS* To obtain an RMA number please contact us via email at contact@scooterdomain.com Refunds Refund processing may take up to 30 days from the day the return was received. Refunds are typically issued to the same form or payment used on the order. Store credits may be issued for items subject to the restocking fee. If you would like to exchange a returned part for an alternate part please specify that on your return so that we can issue you a store credit. Once the return is processed we will email you the store credit so that you may order the correct item and the credit will automatically be applied at check out once you log in to your account. Missing Items If there is an item missing from your order we must be notified via email within 3 days of receipt of the order. No exceptions so please check your order as soon as it is delivered. Cancellations Orders that have shipped may not be canceled but may be returned. If an item has not shipped you may cancel the item within 24 hours after the order is placed as long as it has not already been shipped. Once an order is shipped an RMA must be obtained to return the order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded for the canceled item. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. ScooterDomain.com reserves the right to cancel an order without notice. Refused Items Items that are refused are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. International Orders All international sales are final. International orders may require further verification which may cause order processing delays. For faster processing select PayPal as the payment method and ship to an address that is Confirmed with PayPal. To avoid shipping delays or for questions please contact us. Also note that Free Shipping is only for orders in the 48 contiguous United States. International shipments may be charged additional fees by certain carriers, the customer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, etc. imposed by carriers. Some International orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail may not be traceable but delivery is usually within 7-10 business days. International First Class Mail orders can take over 2-3 weeks for delivery. PayPal Orders For faster processing when selecting PayPal as the payment method ship to the address that is Confirmed with your PayPal account. Addresses not confirmed with PayPal may be delayed and may require further verification. It is the customers responsibility to verify that PayPal payments are indeed forwarded to us to avoid processing delays. DOT Street Legal Scooter Warranty 49.5cc, 150cc and 250cc Street Legal Scooters are covered under their own warranty. Please click here for warranty details. Recreational Scooter Warranty We guarantee that gas scooters, electric scooters, pocket bikes, go karts, dirt bikes and ATV's are free of defective parts for a minimum of 30 days (unless stated otherwise on the product description) from the date that you receive your order. If you feel a part is defective or is damaged under normal operating conditions contact us via email or phone detailing the defective parts. We may require the original part(s) be returned to us for inspection to confirm or disprove a defect. If a part is verified by our staff to be defective we will supply a replacement part free of charge. If a part is found not to be defective the customer will incur shipment and replacement charges. Any modification of the original parts or bike including the addition of high-performance parts will void the warranty. Regular wear items such as tubes, tires, chains, belts, clutches, nuts, bolts and body panels are not warranted. All parts are to be installed by a knowledgeable certified technician or mechanic. Parts Warranty We guarantee our parts are free from defects for 30 days (unless stated otherwise on the product description) from the date that you receive your order. If you feel a part is defective or is damaged under normal operating conditions contact us via email or phone detailing the defective parts. We may require the original part(s) be returned to us for inspection to confirm or disprove a defect or photos to be sent of the part. If a part is verified by our staff to be defective we will supply a replacement part free of charge. If a part is found not to be defective the customer will incur shipment and replacement charges. Any modification of the original parts or bike including the addition of high-performance parts will void the warranty. Regular wear items such as pull starts, tubes, tires, chains, belts, clutches, nuts, bolts and body panels are not warranted. Rock/Cobra scooter parts do not have any warranty and are sold As Is since they are discontinued parts. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or the box appears damaged you must keep the box in original condition and please contact us via email or phone within 3 business days of receiving it. We may have the shipping company inspect the box and items in order to confirm the damages. In accordance with our parts warranty we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Failure to keep the box in original condition may result in the claim being denied by the shipping company in which case ScooterDomain.com cannot be held responsible for the damages. The customer is responsible for inspecting the items and reporting any damages to the shipping company upon receipt of the items. Failure to report damages may void damage claims. DMV & Titling Requirements Acknowledgement Purchaser understands their state DMV laws and all of their state's titling requirements for Scooters. Purchaser is responsible for titling and registering their Scooters and the assurance that it can be titled in their own state. Scooters cannot be returned if titling and registration is not possible by purchaser. Purchaser is responsible for researching that a successful registration and titling is possible in the corresponding state, prior to the purchase of all Scooter models and/or off road vehicles. Some states require that drivers have Motorcycle endorsements on their driver's license in order to drive and register scooters. Purchaser must verify with their state for Motorcycle licensing requirements and other possible requirements and restrictions. Preparation and Maintenance For safety precautions, all vehicles must be assembled, inspected and maintained by a certified technician for warranty to be valid. Be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Also, be sure to check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions prior to use. Assembly Bikes come 99% assembled unless otherwise noted. The customer should check the bike/ scooter for any loose bolts and screws and insure that all bolts and screws are securely tightened prior to riding. Failure to do so may result in accelerated wear and tear to the scooter. State and Local Laws The purchaser, rider and/or legal guardian of rider is responsible for insuring compliance with laws governing scooter/parts operation. We do not make any representation that the scooters we sell are street legal or DOT approved endless otherwise noted on the product description. Where indicated, scooters have been approved by the EPA and are in compliance with emissions standards. Safety and Liability Policy ScooterDomain.com and its parent company World Ventures Corp. cannot be held liable for damage to property and/ or injury or loss of life incurred while operating any of our products and/ or caused by a person operating any of our products. Persons under 18 years of age must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian while operating our products. Riders must wear a Department of Transportation (DOT) approved helmet when operating any of our products. Failure to wear proper protective gear may result in serious injury or loss of life. ATVs, dirt bikes, go karts, scooters can be dangerous to operate and you should not engage in stunt or extreme riding. Avoid excessive speeds and drive especially careful on difficult terrain. Do not ride in wet weather as it impairs traction, braking, and visibility. The risk of accident is dramatically increased in wet conditions. Do not ride at dusk, after dark, or at times of poor visibility. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Purchasing and/ or accepting items from ScooterDomain.com indicates you are in agreement with our terms and conditions.
