- It's important to use a support bracket to hold the weight of the exhaust. If you only rely on the manifold bolts it will eventually crack at the base of the manifold. There is a threaded bolt welded to the expansion chamber of the exhaust that can be used to fasten a support bracket to the exhaust. Unfortunately since there are many makes and models of scooters we cannot provide a bracket that will fit all models. It is advised that you custom fabricate your bracket according the specific requirement for your scooter.
