Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address on file. Tracking numbers are not available by phone and must be requested via our Contact Form. Please include your order number or full name when submitting your request.

Processing Time

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). ScooterDomain.com / World Ventures Corp. is not liable for delays due to weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. If your order requires more than 48 hours to ship, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $199 shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Oversized or heavy items—such as tires, body kits, and batteries—may incur additional shipping charges. If additional fees apply, we will notify you prior to shipment.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to local scooter, ATV, or motorcycle sales.

PO Boxes, APO & FPO

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. To avoid delays, please select USPS when shipping to these types of addresses.

USPS Shipping

USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on your local post office. USPS First Class Mail can take 7–10 business days. In some cases, USPS tracking information may be delayed or incorrectly updated. If your tracking appears incorrect, please wait and recheck after a few hours.

UPS Shipping

UPS Ground shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the destination. UPS Express services (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day) do not include the day of pickup in transit time estimates. While we aim to prioritize express orders, our standard 1–2 day processing window still applies.

Reminder: Transit time estimates do not include processing time. Please plan accordingly when choosing expedited options.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. ScooterDomain.com is not liable for errors that are not caused by us.

Shipping Delays & Backorders

Delays caused by shipping carriers or natural disasters are beyond our control. If an item is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold and shipped as soon as it is restocked—typically within 2–5 business days. If additional time is required, we will contact you using the email or phone number associated with your order.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your package, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery via our Contact Form. We cannot honor claims submitted beyond this timeframe.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 3 business days. The carrier may need to inspect the packaging to validate the claim. Once confirmed, we will send replacement items within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

International orders may require additional verification and may experience longer processing times. For faster processing, we recommend using PayPal with a confirmed address. Free shipping only applies to orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

The customer is responsible for any international duties, taxes, or customs fees. Some USPS international services may not provide reliable tracking. Priority Mail generally delivers within 7–10 business days, while First Class International may take 2–3 weeks or more and is not trackable.
